- PARTS ONLY 20" dia Komarek-Greaves CS briquetter. Mdl 20.5-9.2. Has vert screw feed driven by 7.5 HP, 3/60/220/440 volt Reeves varidrive, 350 to 38 rpm. Requires 75 HP motor and reducer for final output of 17 rpm. Rolls have holes 1 1/4" long x 3/4" wide for compressing into oval shaped briquettes. Hydraulic roll tension (missing one piston).
- Bepex 304SS 2-roll Pharmapaktor compactor. Mfd by Bepex Compactor (Germany), Serial #10131, Type L200/50P, Version P. Unit designed for compacting/briquetting of very clean materials which must be processed frr of any contamination. Rolls 200mm dia x 50mm face. Grooved rolls (spare set of rolls included). Screw feeder driven by 0.75 KW, 3/50/500 volt, 1415 rpm motor w/varispeed gear reducer. Compactor driven by Loher 3.6 KW, 3/50/500 volt motor w/variable speed gear reducer mfd by Stoeber, Type R65-3115-360-4, output speed 3.1/15.5 rpm.
- 28" (700 mm) diameter x 27" (675mm) face, twin roll briquetting press system. Manufactured by Komarek Greaves, model 28-27KG.Serial # 4345. Driven by Louis Allis 150 HP type CJX7 3/60/460V ,1800 RPM TEFC motor. with Falk gear reducer model 11GDF , 1750 RPM input speed, 39.8 RPM output speed. Gear ratio 43.91. Rolls made of air hardened tool steel. Rolls have 14 pockets across face, 46 pockets on the circumference. Pockets are Improved Pillow design, 2" x 2" x 1" deep. Rolls separating pressure 300 tons. Briquetter rated 35 TPH.
