Contactor Columns
- 84" dia x 35' str side, 316LSS contactor column. Int rated 14 psi @ 180 deg F. 11-stage. 316SS and 316LSS mixer contacts. Top entering agit drive, Lightnin 30 HP, Mdl 88-S-50, 30.61 ratio, 56 rpm output. Mechanical seal. Driven by 30 HP, 3/60/460 volt, 1170 rpm TEFC motor. (9) impellors, each impellor has (2) flat blades.
- 72" dia x 31'1", 316LSS vert extractor column. Weld elliptical heads. Int rated 14 psi @ 180 deg F. (12) trays. Unit has (6) 2-blade paddle agits on common shaft driven by Lightnin drive w/40 HP, 3/60/575 volt, 1772 rpm motor. Impellor speed 66 rpm. Mech seal. Openings top 1-3", 1-3/4"; side 1-8", 1-1", 1-3", 2-24", 4-3/4", 1-2", 3-6", 3-4"; btm 1-10", 1-6", 1-2". Mounts on (4) lugs.

Openings top 3-3", 3-6", 1-3", 1-2"; side 3-3; btm 3-1", 3-6", (1) oval sight glass, 1-2 1/2", 1-3". Mtd on (4) legs.

Openings top 1-8", 1-2"; side 1-2", 2-1/2". Has series of screw conveyors for discharge driven by 7.5 HP, 3/60/230/460 volt, 1150 rpm motor thru Hansen junior gear reducer Type FN61C40M, SN 001420. Mtd on steel stand.

- 84" dia x 45'3" high, CS tray column. Rated 258 psi @ 650 deg F. (16) trays, 27" spacing. Capacity 13,536 gals. Mtd on 3' skirt.
- 7' diameter x 69' high (2134mm x 21065mm), 3304LS/Steel, tray column. weld dished top and welded dished bottom. Manufactured by Ardeth Engineering ltd, Design pressure 3.56 bar + full vac @ 200 deg C, Working pressure 0.897 bar at base @ 107 deg C. approx (34) trays. overall height 76'6" (23350mm). Openings - Top: 1-12", straight side: 4-24" , manways with covers: 1-18", 3-4", 14-2", Bottom: 1-8" (center), 1-4". Mounted on CS skirt.
