- 304SS Wyssmont Mdl Q24 turbo dryer. Has (24) 11' dia 304SS trays 6" apart on 6" dia CS shaft. Housing measures 15' dia x 14'6" long. SS sheet metal on exterior of dryer. Main shaft belt driven by 5 HP motor thru 51 ratio Morse gear reducer, SN L2680023. Int fan driven by 1 HP, US varidrive rated 13.751 ratio w/32 rpm min, 315 rpm max, thru 2 1/2 HP Morse gear reducer rated 401 ratio. Unit has screw feeder w/(3) 4" dia shafts in 24" wide x 60" long trough, feeder driven by 1/4 HP Reeves varidrive rated 2881 ratio, 1.5 rpm min, 7.5 rpm max. Unit has 15 HP centrifugal blower w/14" dia inlet and 12" x 12" outlet. Has 304SS fume scrubber 48" dia x 10'6" str side w/slight cone top and btm. Also, w/unit is fin tube steam heater approx 70 sq ft bare, 1380 sq ft extended heat transfer surface. Complete w/duct work. (Not to be used for products mfd for human or animal consumption).
