Distilliation process is performed at armospheric @ 100 degree C (212 degree F), distillate outlet temperature 70 degree C (158 degree F), steam is condensed into distillate by cold cooling water, slow steam speed with special baffle produces high distillate quality even from soft water, ventilation system to remove gasses from the steam, excess salts limited by adjustable bleed valve. System consists of (1) skid with (1) 45 liter boiler/tank, (1) 75 liter tank/condenser, (1) regulating tank, (1) free standing 480 liter pressure tank.
