1. 1215 kg/ Hr water evaporation, Niro 304 SS spray dryer system, set for both atomizer and nozzle operation with Vibro Fluidizer type ST-250-G/O. Rated 1215 kg/ hr water evaporation on skim milk, 1155 kg/Hr on whole milk. Gas heated. System includes powder silos 2 x 36 CBM made of 1.4301, 5 x 55 CBM made of aluminum 3, pneumatic conveying system from the spray dryer tower to the silos, pneumatic conveying system for loading.Available with #107506 a Wiegand 11850 KG/ Hr water evaporation 6 effect falling film evaporator. 2. 10m dia. Niro 316TISS spray dryer. Drying chamber has 10m straight side and 60 deg. cone. Air flow is 170,000 m3/hr (100,300 ACFM). Design inlet air temperature, 430 deg. C with an exhaust air temperature of 150-170 deg. C. Included are two (2) centrifugal atomizers, F350 with operating speed up to 4000 RPM. Product dried was a catalyst containing 23% solids and a product rate of 4 metric tons/hr which is 13.3 metric tons/hr (29,460 lbs/hr) of water evaporation. The dryer was installed in 1981 and is complete direct fired air heater, inlet and exhaust fans with five (5) high efficiency cyclones. Dryer is still installed and the structural steel is available. 3. 2500 KG/Hr water evaporation, 800-1000 KG/Hr dry material, Alfa Laval 304SS spary dryer.With centrifugal atomizer running at 9000 RPM.Dryer chamber 8000 mm diameter x 8000 mm long. With steam heater rated 20 bar. With 5 cyclones.Steam required 3000 KG/Hr @ 200 bar, with two heating chests.Atomizer output speed 9000 RPM. With (2) fans each driven by 50 kW 3/50/380 V motors.
