- Approx 36,000 square feet cloth area, pulse jet cleaning CS dust collector. Manufactured by Cantech Environmental Systems. Air movement is approx 370,000 cubic feet/minute. Fan manufactured by Barrow Industries, Size 694/694, rated 300 degree F, powered by 800 HP, 2400 volt, 1180 rpm, 80 amp General Electric electric motor. Approx fan dimensions 10'6" diameter x 4' wide. Dust collector is made up of (2) banks of (4) modules each for a total of (8) modules. Unit is mounted on independent CS structure. Material discharge can either be loose on ground for removal by front end loader or direct discharge into roll-off container. Each module has (17) rows, (14) bags each row. Each bag 6" diameter x 12' long for a total square footage of 36,272. Each module can be disassembled from steel structure and loaded for truck transportation. Each module approx dimensions 12'8" wide x 11' high x 30' overall length without steel structure. Unit has its own independent control system mounted in separate small block building. All surfaces are CS, all exterior surfaces are painted, paint is in good condition thru out. Overall height to top of collector including structural steel is 50'.
