System is designed to fill granulate material with specific weight of 0.6 kg/l. Requires one person to operate the unit. Type of bags to be filled are these suitable for valve bottoms with internal valve made of plastic or paper. Bag dimensions 620-680 mm long x 520-580 mm wide x 140 mm valve width. All electrical controls are 3/50/ 400 V with safety of IP54.All wetted parts are made of 1.4571 (316SS/TI). System requires 180 NCBM/hr of pressed air @ 5 bar pressure.System includes a CIP unit to clean the filling line with water. With scale electronic Minipod 25 BMN. Complete control panel mounted on the steel structure with safety standard of IP55. With electronic scale 7480.
