The major creditor of Universal Process Equipment hired the services of former senior managers to help with the orderly liquidation of Universal Process Equipment’s inventory of used plant and equipment. UPELIQUIDATION.COM was created for the sole purpose of selling the assets seized by the creditor. UPELIQUIDATION.COM was subsequently acquired by The Tokosawa Group and merged into USEDPROCESSEQUIPMENT.COM and a new company was born to serve more than 100,000 clients around the world and meet their need for previously owned plants and equipment.
